Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of linkbook at linkbook.xyz. By signing in or publishing a page, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Handles are first come, first served; we may reclaim a handle that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or sits unused.

Your content

You own what you publish. You give us permission to host and display it so your pages work — including showing your profile as a host on events you co-host. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to share it.

What’s not allowed

• Impersonating people or organizations, or misleading others about who you are.
• Links to malware, phishing, scams, or illegal content.
• Harassment, hate, or sharing other people’s private information without consent.
• Spam, or attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Events

Event pages are informational. linkbook isn’t the organizer of events listed on it and isn’t responsible for them; RSVPs and tickets are handled by whatever services the hosts link to.

The service

linkbook is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, linkbook isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Ending things

You can stop using linkbook anytime and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continuing to use linkbook means you accept the updated terms.
